I’m a food provider/distributor, how can I get involved?
We’re currently looking to work with more community partners to distribute Mama Leys in the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark. If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you – just get in touch on email@example.com with the name of your organisation and where you operate.
How much is Mama Leys?
We operate on a sliding cost scale, working with partners who each have different budgets and serve communities who have no, low or vulnerable incomes. Just get in touch on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to talk it all through.
How does the service work?
It’s simple: you order from our mixed menu one week before the delivery date, our dedicated kitchen team cooks and packages your meals, and we then deliver the meals to your organisation for distribution.
ABOUT OUR FOOD
Where can I get Mama Leys?
For now, you can only get Mama Leys through our community partners. New South London locations are launching soon, so check the website for updates.
Is the food kid-friendly?
Absolutely. We design our menu with kids’ tastes in mind! There is minimal salt and no nasties (like preservatives and refined sugar).
Where are your recipes from?
Our recipes are created with people in our local community. If you’d like to contribute a recipe or share ideas, please get in touch on email@example.com
Is Mama Leys made fresh?
Yes! All our meals are made from fresh ingredients (not frozen) in our Stockwell kitchen.
How do I reheat Mama Leys?
Mama Leys is easy to reheat in the microwave.
From fridge: take lid off and place loosely on top, heat for 3 minutes or until piping hot
From frozen: same as above but for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through
Can I freeze Mama Leys?
Yes you can. Mama Leys can be in your freezer for 3 months. Once defrosted, enjoy it within 1 day.
